Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead large scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs with Stripe-wide impact.
- Manage complex programs requiring high levels of functional and technical integration.
- Support commercial program deal motions, partnering with Deal Pricing and Strategy Strategists.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, support, product, and leadership teams to scale commercial programs.
- Identify systematic issues and propose holistic solutions to address root causes.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Product teams to remove internal blockers.
- Provide coaching for team members and act as a liaison within Sales and other stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Background in program management and commercial program experience.
- Strong understanding of private pricing frameworks and pricing analysis.
- Experience scaling global, cross-organizational mechanisms.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Preferred: Direct product launch oversight, payments industry experience, MBA degree, or PMP/PgMP certification.
