Beyond technical execution, you will partner closely with senior leadership to drive business strategy, operational planning, goal-setting, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities
- Wrangle large, highly complex datasets using SQL to extract actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain large-scale dashboards to monitor key operational and performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive analyses, identify trends, and build predictive models to inform strategic priorities.
- Create clear, data-driven narratives and documents to influence senior leadership and executive decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Data Science, and Product/Engineering.
- Design, optimize, and manage operational reviews and the overall rhythm of the business.
- Apply a rigorous ROI lens to all operational decisions and resource allocations.
- Support forecasting and planning processes for Financial Crimes and other critical business areas.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytical and strategic roles within management consulting, operations, risk, or financial services.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of relational databases and data structures.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with globally distributed teams.
- Ability to connect high-level strategic goals with minute operational details.
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, is highly preferred.
