As the People Specialist / Senior People Specialist, you will act as the primary HR contact for the Western Australia business in Perth, delivering trusted advice and day-to-day support to managers and employees across the entire employee lifecycle. Working closely with the Senior People Business Partner, ANZ, you will support a broad range of HR initiatives including employee relations, talent management, organizational development, performance management, and change management activities. You will also ensure efficient HR operations and compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for the Perth business, providing trusted guidance to managers and employees.
  • Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
