Job Overview
Princess Polly is looking for a talented and driven AI Software Developer to own the end-to-end development and ongoing maintenance of our enterprise merchandising application. In this role, you will design and build internal line-of-business applications, automations, and supporting services, seamlessly integrating with existing enterprise platforms, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
You will leverage cutting-edge AI-assisted and agentic development technologies, including large language models like Claude, to drastically improve development speed, code quality, and technical capabilities. You will gather business requirements, translate them into clear technical solutions, and manage testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end application development and ongoing maintenance for enterprise systems.
- Design and build internal applications, integrations, and automated workflows.
- Incorporate AI-assisted technologies and large language models (e.g., Claude) into engineering processes.
- Translate business requirements into well-documented technical solutions.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and production support.
Requirements
- Proven software development experience covering the full application lifecycle.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools (Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
- Strong programming skills across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
