Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational cadence including forecasting calls and business reviews.
- Monitor the progress, health, and sustainability of sales strategies and communicate actionable insights to business leads.
- Analyze AMER sales and revenue data to build models and shape annual planning processes, resource planning, and territory design.
- Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams to model GTM productivity and optimize resource allocation.
- Manage AMER-wide operational processes, sales territory building, and project plans independently.
- Build, manage, and maintain centralized automated tools, spreadsheet models, and dashboards for daily business management.
