Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead large scale, cross-functional commercial or GBS launch readiness programs.
- Manage complex programs requiring high levels of functional and technical integration.
- Support commercial program deal motions, partnering with Deal Pricing and Strategy strategists.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to scale commercial programs.
- Identify systemic issues and propose holistic solutions to address root causes.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other teams to remove internal blockers.
- Provide coaching for team members and act as a liaison for custom elements.
