Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive medical monitoring support for contracted clinical trials in accordance with sponsor agreements and timelines.
  • Review and contribute to the development of clinical protocols, investigator brochures, safety plans, and informed consent forms.
  • Provide therapeutic area training to internal study teams and external investigators.
  • Act as the Global or Regional Lead Physician, coordinating medical oversight across project teams.
  • Provide medical input into pharmacovigilance workflows, including the medical review of serious adverse events (SAEs).
  • Support business development initiatives by providing medical expertise during pre-award and client proposal stages.
  • Offer strategic consultancy to clients on drug development programs and clinical trial design.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Medical qualification (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of active clinical practice experience.
  • Specialization or board certification in Neurology or Psychiatry with up-to-date clinical knowledge.
  • Prior experience as a medical monitor within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical company.
  • Solid understanding of the drug development process, clinical trial operations, and safety reporting regulations.
