- General Manager (O&M) / Equivalents: B.E./B.Tech in any branch of Engineering with minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in Operations/Construction/Maintenance. Serving/Retired IRTS/IRSSE etc. officers eligible.
- Manager (Finance) – E3: CA / CMA (ICWAI) or Full-time MBA (Finance specialization) with minimum 60% marks and minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Executive (HR)–E1 / Asst. Executive (HR)–E0: Full-time regular MBA (HR specialization) with minimum 60% marks. E1 requires minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience. Degree in Law is desirable.
