Key Responsibilities
- Leads and coordinates the execution of a clinical trial globally from sourcing strategy to database release and inspection readiness.
- Provides quality oversight and coordination of regional and country operations and the CRO.
- Leads teams in setting recruitment targets and delivery milestones as the single point of accountability.
- Develops, reviews, or approves study startup, study monitoring, protocol recruitment, and training plans.
- Monitors the budget and contracts for assigned vendors such as central labs, ePRO, radiology, and CROs.
- Ensures Trial Master File (TMF) setup for study management and country/site-level documents.
- Reviews study level metrics and analytics to mitigate risks and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific, technical, or business discipline.
- 6 to 7+ years of relevant operational clinical trial experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), monitoring, and clinical operations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing CROs, vendors, and clinical trial budgets.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
