- Build durable control infrastructure and scalable delivery patterns as the business grows.
- Establish runbooks, controls, documentation standards, and operational resilience measures.
- Create repeatable approaches for new European market launches that scale without excessive customization.
- Define and execute multi-quarter roadmaps for standardization and automation in partnership with Technology/Data teams.
