Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee commercial actions and merchandising to maximize store appeal and sales.

- Manage the store’s profit center, focusing on increasing turnover and profitability.
- Optimize the management of the operating account and handle all administrative tasks related to the store.
- Effectively manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Create and manage team schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
- Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain the overall smooth functioning of the store.
