About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Employee to join our dynamic E-commerce team at De Bijenkorf. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our product data, which is crucial for our online presence and customer experience. You will work with a variety of national and international brands, contributing directly to the presentation of premium and luxury products online.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and enrich product data for both national and international brands.
- Ensure that product information, specifications, features, and images are published correctly and comprehensively.
- Maintain the quality of our online content and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to promptly obtain missing or correct inaccurate data.
- Utilize Excel and our Product Information Management (PIM) system for efficient data management.
- Contribute to a consistent and appealing online presentation of our diverse product assortment.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and colleagues, maintaining a proactive approach.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy in your work.
- Analytical skills and a genuine interest in working with data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with a PIM system is considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Affinity with e-commerce, retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
