Job Overview
JumpCloud is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join the Device Management (MDM / Endpoint Management) vertical in India. In this role, you will shift focus from broad cloud microservices to deeply understanding operating system internals (macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android) and how they communicate with the cloud. You will build software that enables IT administrators to remotely configure, patch, secure, and monitor thousands of endpoints from a single pane of glass. Working primarily with Go and Node.js, you will develop cross-platform applications, manage MDM/DDM telemetry, build custom system agents, and handle zero-touch enrollment pipelines while balancing local client-side programming with high-availability cloud APIs.
