- Deputy General Manager (Mining): Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) and 17 years of experience.
- Deputy General Manager (Finance): CA or CMA (Final Examination of ICAI / ICMAI) with 17 years of experience.
- Deputy General Manager (HR): Graduation with MBA (Personnel) or PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Social Work (LLB preferred) and 17 years of experience.
- Deputy General Manager (M&C): Graduation with PG Degree/Diploma or MBA in Materials Management / Supply Chain / Logistics with 17 years of experience.
