Job Overview
- Ensure HC delivery to business through effective planning, absenteeism assumption, and studying external impact like weather, festival, etc.
- Lead employee connect and engagement: Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity, handle grievances, employee queries, etc.
- Proactive sensing of ER issues and timely escalation to leadership as required.
- Proficient in data analysis, report & dashboard preparation through effective usage of HRIS and MS Excel.
- Stakeholder Management: Critical part of this role is stakeholder management including and not limited to Operations Leaders, manpower agency, transportation, and canteen vendors, etc.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with knowledge of ER and compliance.
