Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate secure, reliable and extensible production systems.
- Drive complex initiatives from concept to launch by managing dependencies and making architectural trade-offs.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience building and operating highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Proven experience driving architectural vision for complex, multi-team initiatives.
- Strong track record of end-to-end technical ownership and project steering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly collaborative mindset valuing diverse perspectives.
- Deep user empathy and customer-centric problem-solving approach.
