Key Responsibilities
- Own each assigned user’s prevention strategy, maintaining a current risk baseline and threat model.
- Investigate scoring, classification, rule behavior, and signal coverage using transaction evidence.
- Design, test, and optimize user-facing rules, thresholds, and integration recommendations.
- Anticipate emerging fraud vectors including payment fraud, trial abuse, bot activity, and multi-accounting.
- Deliver consistent proactive coverage and run weekly risk-health reviews for assigned user accounts.
- Partner with Radar Product, Engineering, and Fraud Data Science to translate user evidence into product improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 8+ years in a technical role with direct user engagement (solutions architecture, technical account management, fraud consulting, or engineering).
- Hands-on experience investigating fraud or abuse and translating findings into effective controls.
- Depth in payment fraud, account takeover, subscription abuse, dispute management, and network monitoring programs.
- Technical proficiency in API integrations, data flows, SQL, and Python or R for data analysis.
- Strong communication and product judgment skills.
