As a Legal Program Manager supporting Launch Readiness, you will manage contracting-system and workflow changes required for new products, commercial offerings, and business launches. You will translate launch and Legal-practice needs into clear delivery plans, coordinate across legal subject-matter experts and technical partners, and guide changes through design, testing, release, and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contracting-system and workflow initiatives supporting product launches and monetized offerings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product Operations, Legal, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Deal Management.
  • Lead changes to contract templates, intake forms, questionnaires, approvals, reporting, and automations.
  • Assess downstream impacts on contract output, approvals, integrations, and user experience.
  • Maintain visibility into delivery status, dependencies, decisions, risks, and blockers.
  • Confirm testing, release documentation, and support plans are complete before production changes.
  • Develop repeatable intake, testing, release, and change-management practices.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve system reliability.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Legal Studies, Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, legal operations, business systems, product operations, implementation, or related field.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and fixed delivery dates.
  • Experience translating business needs into structured requirements, workflows, and implementation plans.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, commercial contracting, CRM software, or enterprise business systems.
  • Experience coordinating testing, change management, and production releases.
