Job Overview
- As the Director, Solutions Engineering, East for Grafana Labs, you will be responsible for all aspects of building and managing a team of high-performing Solution Engineers.
- You will act as a cultural flag carrier and embody strong partnerships across AE and SE roles, scaling the East SE organization to 20+ SEs.
- Collaborate with Sales RVPs, RSDs, and AEs to evolve repeatable processes, playbooks, job architectures, and enablement programs.
- Engage strategically with customers and provide valuable field feedback into product and GTM strategies.
