Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accounting schedules, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations for corporate accounting areas.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within prescribed timelines.
- Conduct variance analyses on P&L and Balance Sheet line items, investigating unexpected fluctuations and providing actionable commentary.
- Support internal and external audit requests by preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment for complex transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional accounting designation is mandatory.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of post-qualification core corporate accounting experience with strong General Ledger expertise.
- AI & Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to adopt AI tools, workflow automation software, and advanced ERP modules.
