Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive Ness’s global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Establish forward-looking security roadmaps covering enterprise, cloud, infrastructure, and emerging tech risks.
- Establish and evolve AI security and governance frameworks for LLMs, GenAI, and other AI technologies.
- Oversee security risk identification, threat management, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, contractual, and customer-specific security requirements.
- Partner with Legal, HR, Risk, Finance, Technology, and business leadership on security governance.
- Provide regular security and risk updates to executive leadership and relevant governance forums.
- Act as a senior security advisor to strategic customers and support customer-facing security discussions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 20+ years of overall experience, with significant leadership experience in cybersecurity/information security.
- Experience leading security for a global technology, IT services, digital engineering, software, or consulting organization.
- Proven experience operating at an enterprise/global CISO or equivalent senior security leadership level.
- Experience establishing or overseeing AI security, governance, and risk frameworks.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience with leading security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR.
