Key Responsibilities
- Advise on and support strategic deals and complex customer technical challenges.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Grafana Platform and related observability technologies.
- Own end-to-end creation of technical training content, workshops, and demo scripts.
- Architect, engineer, and maintain production infrastructure for demos and proofs-of-concept (POVs).
- Represent Field Engineering in product planning cycles and major marketing events.
- Mentor senior and staff solution engineers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical experience with 2+ years as a Senior Field Engineer or equivalent.
- SME depth in at least one area of the Grafana Platform and familiarity with Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, or Datadog.
- Expertise in adjacent domains such as AI/ML or IoT.
- Experience in creating training assets and partnering with Product Management.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and Linux tools.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Terraform/Kubernetes.
