You will work closely with various teams, including CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand, to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate marketing performance across the full funnel (traffic, conversion, activation, retention, LTV contribution), translating insights into clear recommendations for targeting, messaging, budget allocation, and investment prioritization.
- Design, maintain, and evolve marketing KPI frameworks and measurement standards, including attribution, incrementality, lifecycle metrics, and segment-level outcomes across channels.
- Partner closely with CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to optimize lifecycle programs, experimentation roadmaps, and personalization strategies.
- Build automated, scalable dashboards and self-service reporting solutions to enable data-driven marketing steering at scale.
- University degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a comparable role working with large-scale datasets.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud-based data platforms (ideally AWS), plus familiarity with GA4/BigQuery, Python, and Airflow.
- Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality testing, lifecycle analytics, and marketing experimentation frameworks.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI) and stakeholder-facing reporting.
- Knowledge of statistical methods including time series analysis, forecasting, and causal inference.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, with strong ability to translate analytics into clear business recommendations.
