- Data Validation: Validate sensitive data identification (PHI, PII) with business, compliance, and clinical stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Accuracy Review: Review classification accuracy, identify false positives and false negatives, and implement corrective measures.
- Policy Refinement: Provide essential business context to support the refinement of entity definitions and data policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate data owner sign-offs during readiness and implementation phases, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Architecture Support: Assist Data Architects in mapping out data flows and understanding archival and deletion dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent business requirement analysis and stakeholder communication skills.
- Prior exposure to Python and Cloud technologies is highly preferred.
