The Infosys Quality Team serves as a critical partner to all business units and enabling functions, driving excellence in business operations, delivery, and client experience. As change agents, we establish benchmarking practices, disseminate them across projects and units, develop new models for excellence, and institutionalize them throughout the organization. Our core functions include:

• Ensuring that projects consistently adopt and implement ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices.
• Verifying that supported projects adhere to stringent ISO 20000 standards for IT service management.
• Ensuring compliance with the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) for Services model, demonstrating a commitment to process improvement and maturity.

Skill Sets:

• Project Level Quality Planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive quality plans at the project level.
• Quality Models: Conceptual and practical knowledge of various quality models including ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, Six Sigma, and CMMI.
• Metrics and Measurement: Understanding and application of metrics for performance tracking and improvement.
• Software Engineering Fundamentals: Solid grasp of software engineering principles and practices.
• Project Management Basics: Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Productivity Improvement: Focus on identifying and implementing levers for productivity enhancement, such as tools, automation, and reuse.
• IT / Industry Project Management: Experience or understanding of project management within the IT and broader industry context.
• Quantitative and Statistical Analysis: Proficiency in using quantitative and statistical techniques for analysis and decision-making.

Role and Responsibilities: As an Associate Consultant, you will be instrumental in upholding and enhancing the quality standards within Infosys. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with project teams to ensure the effective implementation of quality assurance processes.
• Conducting quality audits and assessments to verify adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Contributing to the development and refinement of quality management frameworks and best practices.
• Analyzing project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supporting the adoption of new quality models and methodologies across various business units.
• Facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination within the organization.
• Working closely with project managers and delivery teams to integrate quality into every phase of the project lifecycle.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at elevating service delivery and client satisfaction.
