Understanding the Recruitment
The recruitment is for 11 contractual Non-Faculty posts, with an engagement period of 11 months, extendable based on performance. The first step is to meticulously read the official notification. Pay close attention to the specific post you are applying for. Understand the detailed eligibility criteria, including educational qualifications, required experience, and age limits. Note any specific skills or knowledge mentioned for each role. For instance, a Senior Programmer will need extensive IT experience, while a Blood Transfusion Officer requires medical qualifications and experience in blood banking.
2. Prepare Your Application Documents
Since the application is offline, ensure all documents are correctly filled, attested, and organized. This includes:
- Completed application form.

- Age proof (e.g., birth certificate, Aadhaar card).

- Demand Draft for the application fee.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) if currently employed in a government or autonomous body.
Accuracy and completeness in your application package are vital for clearing the initial screening.
3. Prepare for the Interview
The interview is a critical stage. Candidates should prepare to:
- Showcase Relevant Experience: Be ready to discuss your past roles, responsibilities, and achievements, especially those that align with the requirements of the post you’ve applied for. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers.

4. Salary and Contractual Terms
Understand the consolidated salary structure and the implications of a contractual appointment. Be aware that consolidated pay usually means no additional allowances. Clarify any doubts regarding the contract duration and extension possibilities.
Exam Pattern (if applicable)
While the primary selection is through Document Verification and Interview, some posts might have an initial screening based on applications. However, no specific written exam pattern is detailed for this recruitment. The focus is on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.
