Detailed Responsibilities and Daily Workflow
A typical day in this role involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning, technical troubleshooting, and stakeholder management. You will lead requirements gathering sessions, mapping out complex business processes and system integrations. You will collaborate closely with technical leads and software engineers to translate these requirements into robust technical designs. Additionally, you will play a key role in the product development and release lifecycle, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring the timely delivery of new features. Your expertise will also be called upon to support business users with system configuration, troubleshooting, and managing bug fixes. By participating in sprint planning and team rituals, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Work as a strategic partner of the business by aligning with business groups on strategic vision and business priorities.
- Understand technology capabilities required to support business needs, with a focus on leveraging AI to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap by proactively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience with SaaS technologies used by internal employees.
- Proven experience in establishing effective business partnerships within and outside the organization.
- Strong capability in managing customer relationships to gather business requirements and support needs fulfillment.
- Highly responsive with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple deadlines, and manage complex projects.
- Proficiency in leading user interviews, requirements gathering, and creating application development artifacts (user stories, process flows, data diagrams).
- Strong analytical, system design, and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful project completion.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application across collaboration platforms.
- Working knowledge of Jira Cloud is a must.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Miro, Asana, Figma, and Airtable is highly advantageous.
