Key Responsibilities
- Follow latest trends and cutting-edge technologies to assess and improve ZATCA IT infrastructure.
- Collect business and technical requirements to identify design gaps and challenges.
- Develop detailed IT infrastructure and systems designs ensuring all business requirements are addressed.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required.
- Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level IT infrastructure and systems design.
- Strong understanding of RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and contract technical reviews.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk-assessment skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
