Role Overview

Accenture is inviting applications for the position of Full Stack Engineer at our state-of-the-art office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This is a mid-senior level role designed for experienced professionals who can perform independently and are eager to transition into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the organization. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust cloud-native applications and enterprise integration solutions that drive digital transformation for our global clients.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis & Design: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and clients to gather detailed requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
• System Integration: Design and implement complex integration flows using the SAP BTP Integration Suite, ensuring seamless communication between cloud and on-premise systems.
• Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve overall system performance, reliability, and security.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and providing guidance on industry best practices and development standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of code quality through comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to Accenture’s development guidelines.
• Troubleshooting: Actively participate in diagnosing and resolving complex system integration issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring minimal downtime.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated, hands-on experience working with the SAP BTP Integration Suite is mandatory.
• Educational Background: A 15 years full-time formal education (such as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field) is required.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in cloud-native application development, integration patterns, middleware technologies, and agile methodologies.
• DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and modern version control systems like Git.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute actively to technical discussions and team success.
