As a Business Analyst, you will prepare comprehensive reports and dynamic dashboards to track business performance and key metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, marketing, and leadership to gather data and execute business improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, events, and new business initiatives, while conducting market research to benchmark industry trends and best practices.

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

- Experience in hospitality, leisure, retail, or customer-facing industries is a plus.
