Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and process warranty claims submitted by customers and distributors.
- Conduct technical assessments of failed components to determine the root cause of failure.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, costs, and spare parts inventory.
- Generate monthly and quarterly warranty performance reports for senior management.
- Negotiate claim settlements with customers and suppliers in accordance with company policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.
