Infosys BPM Ltd. is conducting a mega walk-in recruitment drive on 16th June 2026 at its Pune Hinjewadi campus. This drive is exclusively designed for fresh graduates from the B.Pharma and B.Sc (Chemistry) streams belonging to the passing out batches of 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026. The selected candidates will join as Process Trainees or Process Executives in the Data (Non-Voice) domain, specifically aligned with the Health Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and enter data related to health insurance claims and transactions.
- Maintain high levels of data quality, confidentiality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Quickly assimilate process knowledge and adapt to updates in workflow guidelines.
- Perform multitasking across voice and data entry systems as required by the business process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and report process anomalies or system discrepancies to the team lead.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must have completed a full-time B.Pharma or B.Sc (Chemistry) degree (Batches 2022 to 2026).
- Strictly 0 to 6 months of work experience (candidates with more than 6 months of experience are ineligible).
- Must have completed 15 years of continuous, full-time education.
- No active backlogs or supplementary exams; all semester results must be fully declared.
- Must be highly flexible to work in a 24*7 shift environment, including night shifts.
- Must be comfortable working from the Hinjewadi Phase-3 office in Pune (5 days a week).
Required Skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical, probing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong initiative-taking mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
