This role demands a robust blend of technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and outstanding interpersonal skills to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and operational safety.
- On-Site Technical Support: Conduct routine inspections, diagnostic testing, and emergency repairs on a wide range of mechanical equipment including pumps, compressors, valves, and rotary machinery.
- Installation & Commissioning: Lead the installation and commissioning phases of new mechanical systems, ensuring strict adherence to manufacturer specifications and engineering standards.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend machinery lifespans.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, providing clear explanations of mechanical issues, proposed solutions, and operational best practices.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all service operations, ensuring full compliance with local Kuwaiti regulations and international safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a service or maintenance engineer in an industrial setting.
- Strong expertise in rotary equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical alignment.
- Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license is highly preferred for field travel.
