Key Responsibilities
- Project & Construction Management: Oversee civil construction activities, manage project timelines, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed within budget and specified quality standards.
- Engineering & Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, analyze tender documents, design structural components, and provide technical support to site teams.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or heavy civil construction projects is highly desirable.
- Previous approvals or direct working experience with KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) or KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
