This contract-based role is designed for professionals who possess a deep technical understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-based AI architectures. As an Agentic AI Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art AI solutions that leverage multi-agent frameworks to solve complex business challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the AI/ML domain, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate strategic visions into scalable, secure, and highly efficient AI systems. This role demands not only technical excellence in Python and machine learning libraries but also strong consulting capabilities to guide clients through their AI transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.
- Architect and maintain robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, integrating high-performance vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, and Azure AI Search.
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI to support AI application deployment.
- Leverage Microsoft Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Databricks, to build enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Establish and optimize MLOps pipelines using Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow to ensure seamless model deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical AI architectures.
- Ensure cloud security, data privacy, and compliance with ethical AI standards across all deployed systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Mandatory 3-4 years of professional working experience in AI/ML engineering or consulting.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, asynchronous processing, and backend development.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure Databricks).
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps/MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
