SVPUAT Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 99 Vacancies

• Recent passport-size colored photograph and signature (scanned for online upload).
• Self-attested copies of educational mark sheets and certificates (from High School onwards).
• Valid Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) in the prescribed UP Government format (if applicable).
• Disability Certificate (PWD) for reservation/relaxation claims (if applicable).
• Relevant Experience Certificates.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer for in-service candidates.
• Printed copy of the online application form along with the self-assessed Score Card.
• Research publications, award certificates, and proof of special attainments (for academic/scientific posts).

• Director / Joint Director: Ph.D. in any branch of Agricultural Sciences or related field with 10-15 years of Teaching/Research/Extension experience and a strong publication record.
• Subject Matter Specialist (SMS): Master’s degree in the relevant agricultural discipline from a recognized university.
• Farm Manager / Lab Technician: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or relevant branch of science/social science.
• Programme Assistant (Computer): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, or equivalent.
• Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Stenographer Grade-III: 12th class pass or equivalent with dictation/typing speed of 80 wpm in English/Hindi.
• Driver: Matriculation (10th) pass with a valid and appropriate driving license and passing of practical skill test.
• Account Officer: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce/Economics/Finance OR professional CA/ICWA/CMA qualification.
• Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.

Stage 1: Academic Scorecard Evaluation

• Candidates are evaluated based on their academic performance from High School onwards, carrying a maximum of 60 marks.

Stage 2: Written Examination / Skill Test

• A written exam (180–250 marks) is conducted for non-teaching and KVK non-technical posts.
• Stenographer and Driver candidates must clear a practical typing/driving skill test.

Stage 3: PowerPoint Presentation (For Academic/Scientific Posts)

• Candidates for Director, Joint Director, and Subject Matter Specialist posts must deliver a presentation on their work and vision.

Stage 4: Personal Interview

• A personal interview carrying up to 60 marks is conducted for final selection.

2. Navigate to the ‘Recruitment’ section on the homepage and read the detailed notifications carefully.
3. Click on the ‘Apply’ link to redirect to the recruitment portal: www.recruitmentsvpuat.in.
4. Click on ‘Applicant’s Registration’ to register yourself and generate your unique Application ID and password.
5. Log in with your credentials and fill out the application form with personal, educational, and experience details.
6. Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, and required educational/caste certificates in the prescribed format.
7. Review all entered details carefully and make corrections if necessary before final submission.
8. Pay the applicable application fee online using the integrated payment gateway.
9. Submit the online application form and download the final printed copy.
10. Send the printed application form along with self-attested copies of all supporting documents and the self-assessed scorecard in an A4 envelope via Registered/Speed Post to: “Director, Administration & Monitoring, SVP University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut-250110 (U.P.)” so that it reaches on or before 17.08.2026. Clearly mention the Advertisement Number and Post Name on top of the envelope.
