KUWAIT JOBS HERE is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry Level IT Support Executive to join its technical support team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. This opportunity is exclusively available for candidates currently located within Kuwait. The primary objective of this role is to deliver effective technical support, maintain local hardware and software infrastructures, and assist end-users with daily technology operations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues reported by staff.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and standard office applications.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Active Directory / Microsoft 365.
- Perform system diagnostics, routine software updates, and computer hardware maintenance.
- Respond promptly to IT tickets, track incidents, and escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers when needed.
- Maintain records of IT inventory, licenses, software distribution, and hardware disposals.

Key Responsibilities
