Job Overview

Parexel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Trial Leader (CTL) – FSP to join our remote team in the United States. In this role, you will act as a key member of the Clinical Delivery Team nominated to specific trials within our client’s Evidence Network. You will be fully accountable for the set-up, execution, and delivery of assigned clinical trials, contributing significantly to the client’s pipeline through accurate planning and efficient execution.

  • Lead clinical trial activities, steering patient and site engagement initiatives across global, multi-country, or regional bases.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) and functional partners on all study-related issues and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee trial preparation, operational feasibility, country allocation, and the development of core trial documents.
  • Maintain rigorous oversight during trial conduct, ensuring adherence to GCP, regulatory requirements, and SOP compliance.
  • Coordinate trial closeout activities, clinical data cleaning, and timely archiving in the TMF.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for accurate planning, operational feasibility, and timely execution of clinical trial timelines.
  • Oversee trial preparation, country allocation, and development of core patient-facing and trial-level documents.
  • Maintain continuous oversight during clinical trial conduct, ensuring strict adherence to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage vendor services outsourcing, central lab coordination, budget oversight, and safety reporting mechanisms.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • University degree in Biomedical Life Sciences (Bachelor’s or advanced degree).
  • Demonstrated clinical trial project management experience in an international or multi-cultural context.
  • Understanding of major regulatory frameworks including US FDA, EMA, and PMDA guidelines.
  • Strong competencies in agility, accountability, fast decision-making, and outcome-based thinking.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to empower and guide cross-functional teams.
