A major focus of this position is vendor management. You will establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to support mutual success. This includes managing purchasing systems and approval workflows, ensuring purchase orders, supplier setup, pricing, contract terms, and approval limits are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policy. You will also coordinate with relevant departments to resolve delivery discrepancies, pricing variances, and supplier invoice queries in a timely and professional manner.
Financial efficiency is key to this role. You will monitor and analyze procurement budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control initiatives to maximize financial efficiency. Collaborating with Finance and Operations teams, you will optimize spending and maintain financial compliance and transparency. Additionally, you will support organizational sustainability and responsible sourcing objectives by identifying local, ethical, and environmentally responsible suppliers where commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities
