- Equity Trade Settlements: Facilitating end-to-end trade settlement routines using specialized settlement systems like STEADY, ensuring seamless broker matching, custody confirmations, and post-trade accounting.
- Alternate Investment Funds (AIF): Supporting the specialized valuation and financial accounting demands of Alternate Investment Funds, balancing asset complexities with dynamic market inputs.
- Corporate Actions & Market Operations: Monitoring and accounting for corporate events such as stock splits, dividends, rights, and spin-offs, ensuring fund books accurately reflect company actions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively interfacing with internal portfolio managers, external brokers, clearing agents, and custodian banks to resolve trade discrepancies and operational bottlenecks efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications like CA Inter / CFA are beneficial.
- Foundational understanding of corporate accounting, trade settlements, debt instruments, and fund valuation methodologies.
- Strong quantitative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in numerical computations.
- Proficiency in computer software, financial management systems, and spreadsheet applications (MS Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with brokers, dealers, and custodians.
