Job Overview
- Take complete ownership of offline store and export accounts.
- Reconcile daily sales, cash, card, UPI, and other payment collections.
- Track and validate bank settlements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate ledger entries.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of store transactions.
- Identify variances, shortages, or excesses and coordinate resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
- Prepare store-wise and region-wise MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, margins, expenses, and profitability.
- Generate P&L statements for individual offline stores.
- Highlight trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
