Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets for Cambridge Retail Training Programs.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and generate high-quality leads.
- Promote and sell training programs primarily through tele-calling.
- Record client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, policies, and marketing campaigns.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and implement client retention strategies.
- Influence purchasing decisions using structured sales scripts and professional communication.
- Support team sales initiatives and maintain high professional communication standards.
- Forecast and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industry experience in a reputed organization, preferably in education sales or tele-sales.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly resilient.
- Excellent communication and voice modulation skills in English.
- Strong tele-sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
