- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Tech or B.Tech or MCA in CSE/IT, selected through NET/GATE or equivalent national level exams.
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): M.Tech or B.Tech or MCA in CSE/IT/ECE/EE plus 2 years of research experience, selected through NET/GATE.
