Key Areas of Responsibility
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of operational HR tasks. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting the performance management cycle, assisting with goal-setting exercises, and systematically collecting feedback across departments. Compliance is another critical pillar of this role; you will actively monitor and ensure that all HR processes align with current labor laws and internal guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute seamless onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
- Support the annual and mid-year performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback collection.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.
- Participate actively in planning and executing employee engagement activities to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze reports related to key HR metrics and analytics.
- Manage employee records and ensure the HRIS database is updated with high accuracy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong foundational understanding of HR principles, practices, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding interpersonal capabilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Prior exposure to or experience with HR software, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of local Indian labor laws and regulations is a strong plus.
