Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure projects, including AI and platform engineering initiatives.
- Own project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to DXC delivery, financial, and governance standards.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across infrastructure, cloud, data, and AI solution engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Drive the delivery of AI Solution & Engineering initiatives, including proof of concepts, pilots, MVPs, and scaled deployments involving AI/ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation.
- Partner closely with architects, data scientists, platform engineers, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.
- Support AI operationalization efforts, including MLOps readiness, automation pipelines, and transition from build to run.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong expectation management.
- Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, and status reporting with clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and customer escalations in a proactive and professional manner.
- Oversee the transition of solutions from project delivery to operations, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and standard operating procedures.
- Track project financials, including forecasts, billing milestones, margins, and cost governance.
- Lead cross-functional teams across geographies, fostering collaboration, accountability, and outcome-driven execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of overall experience in the IT industry.
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management roles leading large-scale infrastructure and transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering on-premises, cloud, and hybrid transformation programs.
- Good understanding of AI Solution & Engineering delivery models.
- Strong risk, dependency, and escalation management skills.
- Financial and commercial acumen with experience tracking project budgets and margins.
- Structured, outcome-oriented mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
