- Level-1 (Group ‘D’): 10th Pass OR ITI OR Equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
- Scouting/Guiding Qualification (Mandatory for both): President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder; Active member of Scout Organization for the last 5 years; Attended two events at National level/All India Railways level and two events at State level.
