Job Overview

Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Business Analyst to join its team in Dubai, UAE. This role is primarily responsible for analyzing, validating, and managing the daily operational and financial needs of Tasjeel projects, along with supporting business continuity and strategic expansion plans. The successful candidate will review management reports, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure complete alignment with Tasjeel’s mission and corporate objectives.

In addition to strategic planning, the Business Analyst will manage and advise on daily activities handled by the team, including site revenue reconciliation, partner payments, RTA E-wallet transactions, Citibank credit facilities for corporate customers, site procurements, payments, and document controlling. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned finance or business management professional to contribute to a leading energy group in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual and monthly operating budgets for Tasjeel in coordination with the General Manager.
  • Analyze and review budgets regularly to identify performance gaps and facilitate corrective action plans.
  • Develop operating expenses (Opex) budgets and establish necessary cost controls.
  • Forecast capital expenditure (Capex) requirements for the upcoming 5 years for all new projects and services.
  • Develop yearly manpower requirements forecasts, prioritizing ENOC Group’s Emiratization initiative.
  • Support the General Manager in preparing financial analysis, feasibility studies, and business plan assumptions.
  • Review and prepare Expenditure Requests (ERs) and operational studies for new Tasjeel sites.
  • Coordinate monthly financial and operating KPI presentations and conduct review meetings with site managers.
  • Manage Tasjeel E-wallet reconciliation, top-up processes, and daily/monthly partner payments.
  • Oversee monthly VAT reconciliation processes for partner invoices and reconcile sales revenue between Tasjeel Plus and C-pay systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a similar business analysis or financial role.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP, Cognos, and Business Intelligence (BI) systems is highly preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written business communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among diverse project stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated managerial skills with the ability to lead a team and handle matters professionally.
