A significant part of the role involves leading partnerships with gTech and gTech Ads Leadership to set and manage expectations, ensuring policy plans are future-ready and aligned with business goals. Furthermore, the Policy Specialist will lead partnerships with gTech practitioners to drive operational readiness for policy launches and changes, manage service metrics for policy, and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with at least five years of experience in operational workflows or a customer-facing role. Experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements is essential, as is a background in process and workflow design with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making. A deep understanding of troubleshooting and customer support principles is required, along with knowledge of Google Ads and advertising solutions. The ability to conduct analytics, develop dashboards, and make data-driven decisions is crucial. Excellent investigative and structured problem-solving skills, combined with strategic thinking focused on resolving business issues, are highly valued.
