Job Overview
- Own day-to-day operations of NetSuite and other Finance Business systems, providing hands-on user support and troubleshooting.
- Administer and support the NetSuite ERP system, focusing on Financial, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Zone billing modules.
- Perform system configuration, customization, upgrade, and maintenance in compliance with change management, ITGC, and SDLC processes.
- Manage/configure finance transformation projects focusing primarily on the order-to-cash cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, Engineering, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Utilize NetSuite’s native tools and Grafana dashboards to create high-performing dashboards tailored to finance needs.
