Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the performance, delivery, and coaching of two distributed engineering squads.
- Own hiring, capacity planning, and team development aligned with product priorities.
- Lead discovery by engaging directly with customers, community members, and internal users.
- Partner with Product, Design, and engineering leaders to resolve dependencies and set priorities.
